Christian, Im sorry you feel this way. First, 395 is our price for every speeding ticket that comes in. Second, I told you that it was a possibility to keep this off your record but the city may have some issues with keeping a 47 in a 25 off your record. Im glad you were able to work it out with the city, but do not confuse me warning you of the potiental problems with the case as hustling or lying to you. I was simply trying to inform you of the issues with your speeding ticket. Hopefully if anything comes in the future, you will give us a shot.

I got a speeding ticket in Fayetteville, AR and did not want it on my record because my record is clean. I haven't gotten a ticket in over 6 years. When I set up a meeting with this Law Firm to take care of the Ticket for me they said it would be a Flat fee of $395.00 plus my court cost. They also stated that it was going to be an uphill battle and we might not win along with me being required to take driving classes and such. This seemed absolutely high for this service and absurd. I decided not to go with them because of this and I called the court to take care of the speeding ticket. Talking with the court and they told me since I haven't had any tickets within the last year I can just request them not to put it on my record. Just saved $395.00 + my record stays clean. This was my only experience with them and I did not appreciate being hustled/lied to. Other then that the customer service was good so 1 star. It should be pretty common knowledge that a lawyer know that the city will hold one ticket for you per year. If you had told me that then I probably would've considered using you in the future for anything else. This is where I got the hustling term from.

Would not recommend this law firm at all. Very poor communication and 95% of it was done through emails which was very impersonal and confusing when dealing with a complex case. However a 5 min phone call or meeting would of been sufficient and made you feel like they cared and a lot less expensive when your billable hours are for sending emails back and forth all day. Did not feel like they were on my side and had my best interests in mind throughout the whole process. Do your research..

Catterlin & Arnold Law Firm are great and professional. They also have a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere in their office. Tyler helped me with estate planning. During the process, he was very responsive to emails/phone calls, answered all my questions, and made great suggestions. He also made the process easy to understand. If youre looking for an attorney I would highly suggest looking else where. I was a clients of Mackenzie Arnolds in a child custody case. I hired her almost a year ago and have talked to her maybe twice the other times has been through her assistant and even then Ive only gotten ahold of her a few times. She is very hard to get ahold of, if youre wanting to speak to her I would plan to wait days or weeks for a response. I can understand being busy but it would be months before I ever got an update to tell me that nothing has changed. It never went to the court all I have within the year is a written up petition and bills from her. Its been almost a year since I hired her and have made the decision to relieve her from my case. I havent heard from her in 4 months. I called today to tell them and their response was that she was terminated from my case because the court matter has been closed there was NO communication on her end whatsoever I was blind the whole time. Dont waste your time and money and look elsewhere for an attorney. She was the cheapest lawyer I could find. You get what you pay for.
