To all sub-contractors my personal advice is to watch these guys when it comes to getting paid. We have waited almost 3 years to get retainage on the colony High School project. We have yet to receive any answer other than Lewisville ISD is holding money from them. They owe $11,000.00 to our company and are in collections but have plenty of money for a new headquarters with huge Televisions but not their bills. I would not recommend doing business with this GC. Do as you will.

Not a customer, but was an individual who was cut-off in heavy traffic by a CORE company truck who then Brake-Checked me. All caught on a DashCam. I reached out to the local company and provided detailed information. I was flat-out IGNORED. No Response PERIOD even after reaching out to them again. The message was read - just ignored.
