Quality has gone down since my first stays back in 20 10. Still nice to have a lounge but they definitely upgrade too many people now - wait for breakfast if you get there around 9.30am, and very crowded during happy hour time...

Second passage dans ce lieu et extrêmement déçu du manque de propreté de la chambre, le nettoyage du nécessaire à café est inexistant, verres et couverts très sales, chambre toujours pas nettoyée après 15h30 au deuxième jour et manque d'amabilité du jeune homme qui s'est occupé de la chambre après ma réclamation. La chambre allouée très mal insonorisée, à proximité des ascenseurs avec le bruit des bips de la borne d'appels, en face du local des fournitures de ménage donc un va et vient bruyant et incessant du personnel de nettoyage. Seule réponse de l'accueil : nous sommes désolés...moi aussi, je ne reviendrai pas une 3ème fois.
