I spoke to my service department, and they have never received a call from you about the Rav4. We purchased a 2008 Toyota RAV4 in July 2021. The car had an average amount of miles on it for a 2008 model. After a few months of owning the car, we started to have some oil consumption issues. We took the car to a mechanic and began our routine of changing the oil every few hundred miles. The oil issue did it's damage and now the car is dead - the engine is destroyed and we're in a tough spot given the current market. We paid $8K for a used car that lasted 7 months and we're truly disappointed. We called J&M to explain our car loss and received no sympathy. Please do your due diligence in your car search - J&M was kind to us during the search but the folks there are salespeople and are by no means car experts or mechanics. They will "service" the car before you drive it off the lot but they DO NOT do any engine work or inspection. A used car for that price shouldn't die after 7 months with routine maintenance - we regret this decision and wish there was some way to remedy this loss. ***Editing my review based on the owner response. We did call the service department and I personally spoke to a representative.***

Be careful what you buy I bought a used car from here before my first oil change my engine went. Thank god I told them Im not getting a car without the extended warranty. Even with that still have to come out of my pocket while waiting 3 weeks just for my claim to get approved. So all around Ill never buy here!!!

This has been the worst car buying experience ever!!!!! I have had my car for a month (have not even made a payment yet) it has worked in total a week. The alternator went not a big deal they came and picked it up to fix it now the amplifier ($1,200) and an electrical problem that cause the blinkers to not work ($800). The service department informed upon picking up the car it was in perfect working order which clearly is not the case.
