Ralph Lauren, DKNY, Calvin Klein, Ecko, Sean John, Kenneth Cole...these are just a few of the name brands I brought in that were gently used and we'll taken care of and got this response..."Unfortunately we're going to pass." These places are a joke. And all the Louis Vuitton in here is FAKE. How can you have the name "Name Brand Exchange" when all you resell is nasty, worn out and GENERIC!!? Good thing there's a donation bin right out front that donates to the Big Brothers Big Sisters. I donated all of my clothing...I'd rather the kids in need have it rather than a joke of a place like this.

We are sorry that we are not a good fit for each other. You may have to bring some hard items (shoes, handbags, denim, belts) if there are no BIG MAJOR labels on the clothing, or branded accessories, then that is not what we pay money for. It's not the fact that they offered me so little for my clothes but the fact that they had me repacking my clothes on the floor. That was disrespectful and I won't be going back.

Horrible customer service ! Will not ever return to this location on dobson ever again , staff didnt seem like they like there job & me as a customer i feel thats not right !
