Even though I will be there for 3 days and have been a spa customer before, the spa is charging me 100% for services I cannot use-- called 5 hours ahead to explain I could not get there in time and would like to reschedule for tomorrow. The second time, I called en route and was left on hold for 5 minutes before being told the same. My courtesy was wasted and so was my money. I won't be back.

Service was decent but travel zoo deal not worth it. Paid $199 for massage and facial then had to pay another $140 for service charge tax and gratuity. The lady doing check in and out was beyond slow. Took about 30 min to check out. First 10-15 was waiting on her to put incoming calls on hold to deal with the patron in front of her. Emily did my facial which was good and she gave recommendations on what to do for my skin but the bed got so hot I was burning up! The guy who did my massage told me he would start off light and move into harder pressure. He did well except when I was actually hurting, he didn't back off on the pressure. Overall, my experience was ok but dont think I would spend the money or travel to go here again. Overall, not sure I would go back

My aunt and I had massages yesterday, and both agreed they were excellent. Che'rie was my therapist, and honestly if I didn't live an hour and a half away, I would go to her regularly. One of the best I've ever had.

As you know a 24-hour cancellation policy is explained at the time of booking and on your appointment confirmation. They stole money from me I contacted better business Bureau the Steiner company and next step is small claims dont go here bad policies which they never tell you about Update: They refused to refund me, and after viewing all of these negative reviews I'm not surprised I had an issue with them, as I see others have had similar experiences. I saved copies of these reviews. I recommend you read reviews before patronizing any business which is what I wish I did. If I could give a negative star, I would.
