Im sorry to hear this Keith. Unfortunately in between the two lockdowns of November and January it was quite a challenge to source some parts. I did explain this to you at the time, and that we could delay the service or do a basic service in the mean time which you decided to go ahead with. Unfortunately we cannot carry out certain aspects of a service when due to COVID parts are not so freely available. I then informed you this week 3 months after your service that we had now received the parts and could carry out this work if you wished, which you decided not to. So I am rather surprised to see you were not happy with our customer service.

No longer a Yamaha agent and really showed in last service.... won't be using again...pity as prior to this I'd say how good they were especially customer service.... Further to response... The 1200 mile service booked with approx 6-8 weeks notice... No mention of not being able to get any service parts at the time....almost made out to be my fault the drive belt wasn't ordered even though it's on the service schedule...likewise the plug and air filter... Strange as I ordered the parts after discovering they weren't done on the service .... All received within a week. Service time changed with one days notice so ended up changing my holiday to suit your requirements, this I did to accommodate the service as I'd taken a days holiday to get this done. Anyway I thought the service had been done less the drive belt as that had been my fault it wasn't ordered....... Only to discover alittle later that all had been done was oil and filter change.....no sign of anything else touched and the "mechanic" not even able to reset the service indicator.....50 an hour mind! I'm sorry but this was not up to your normal standard of service especially at a cost of 75 plus vat to change the oil and replace the battery...no attempt either to put the clock right which was 11 mins out so obviously that didn't take long the change ...... I appreciate your quick reply but don't nessesarly agree with it.
