Order processing is honestly less efficient than the mail-in UPC system pre-1980s. Shipping takes well over a month once order is placed with zero communication from the company. They have nobody on the other end of the chat box on their website, so the only way to find out whether your order is actually still viable is to call, and call, and call. Even then the only information offered after a month is that your order was received but there are other orders placed prior to yours (again, after thirty days and no communication including from their chat box). The employee over the phone was polite though.
Their website is quite easy to navigate, offering a good deal on shipping (free for orders $25+). Their customer service answers my emails very promptly, being friendly and professional at the same time.
