So many better places in this area. If hoity toity if your thing, this would be a 5*. service was OK, menu was eclectic something for everyone. Not anything to rave about but ok

Aesthetically speaking the place is gorgeous. One of the finer hotels I've ever seen. Customer relations are another story. At least that was the case in the short amount of time we were guests there. It's a shame too, the place could be one of a kind if it were staffed with better & more attentive personnel.
