I'm driving from Wisconsin almost 3 hrs to make my appointment on time which I'm having a hard time with directions, I call the staff and ask where they located I'm 2mnts away from the store but the staff told me I had to reschedule if I'm 2mnts late! I think this is rude and unprofessional, if it wasn't on my way to visit my families I wouldn't go there I wouldn't recommend it , poor customer service my first time experience

The doctor was polite and knowledgeable. However two eye exams got sent to insurance as office visit exams and cost me over $130 when eye exams should be covered. I received no prior explanation of this otherwise I wouldn't have gone ahead with the appointments. When I tried to get help with it I just didn't even get an apology or explanation as to why. Short term gain for them but lost a long term customer.

I often have to rely on a weekend optometry appointment due to child visitation, and the Maple Grove Pearle Vision clinic never fails me. My oldest son has ADHD, and the doctors there have worked with him patiently to get his necessary exams done. Jessica has always been his optician, and readily worked with my son to find the optimal frames and layout to fit his lifestyle, as well as dealing with the hurdles of insurance coverage vs. out-of-pocket expense. The staff has always been warm and professional, and I appreciate their dedication to providing a critical health service for my family!

It was good up until I waited an hour to get my prescription filled. They said my glasses would be ready in an hour. I waited and when the hour was up, I went inside and they acted like I should have known that they didn't have the lenses in the back. No calls, text, emails at all from the person who has helped me. I don't recommend others going here. I left not knowing when my glasses would be getting finished or if at all after spending 460 dollars.
