3.5 weeks to print 24 shirts, they get mad when you follow up asking whats taking so long theres a reason this place has so many 1 star reviews, wish I trusted my gut feeling about them
They really dont care whether youre happy or not with the craftsmanship. Nonchalant customer service that finally printed my order after I repeatedly had to call and ask when it would be done, only to be finished 7 days after the printed deadline on the work order. I didnt approve the first sample and was very clear on the phone that I wanted the artwork altered and approved before full production only to have my request ignored and the uneven placement blamed on the iPhone photo of the product. I try to be empathetic as running any business is hard, but they make you feel like having basic expectations in quality control is asking for too much/being unnecessarily difficult. Spend your money where customer service counts and you are valued.
I do not recommend this place at all. I was consistently working with different people and having to do the same work/conversation over and over again. It was VERY inefficient.Ultimately I didnt even wind up getting my clothes printed on. It took too long (I was told 1-2 weeks, it took 6 weeks) and I missed my deadline.
