I keep getting phone calls from this Jason Lang out of Redmond 2-3x a week. The first call, I told them I did not have a web site and had no intentions of building a site. To make matters worse, this guy talked to me as if I was the dumbest person on earth - Really? I informed him I didn't appreciate his attitude, I didn't need his business and if I did, well... he lost a potential client. I thought I made myself clear, but couple days later, more calls. I have been told by Jason that Kreative is the only agency that knows how to utilize Google, they are the only ones that know Google policies, and the only agency that abides by these policies. I have tried to be nice but I am done with that. This week alone I have had 3 calls from this idiot. Sat. 3 calls in a row while I was driving. Tues. - He was told in no uncertain terms not to call me again. Then today 2 calls -#1- once I figured out it was him, I hung up. Then he calls right back and leaves a message that he was aware I hung up on him but he was calling for our "planned appt?." - I told the guy not to call again! I am getting harassed by this way too aggressive, inappropriate kid that has no business working with the public. I had to download an app today to block his calls. This is past poor business behavior and should not be tolerated by the company or really by Google - he apparently doesn't work for Google but does represent them???

I am totally surprised that Kreative has a 4.5 rating. They have had 31 complaints on the BBB website and Kreative is Not accredited by the BBB and they now say that in red letters. My experience was awful and I will say buyer beware they will take your money and you will have nothing to show for it.. If you are thinking about doing business with them, please call the BBB first and save your money!

This company is lucrative sometimes but at what expense? The type of people hired here drink, fornicate, and both sell and use illegal drugs (heavy Narcotics) while at work and on the clock. Management condones and joins in all this behavior as well as hires these aggressive individuals intentionally to take as much money as possible for an unguaranteed product and service. I wouldn't work here or do business with such a dishonest and unprofessional company no matter what they pretend to be worth.
