Johns son picked up the order checked the ordered item with the invoice and all were in the box. He ordered the shirts by phone on a Sunday I read the order the phone and he agreed. It took a while to receive the blank shirts to work on due to warehouses not having inventory. After finishing them he gave me a song and dance reply that he was have truck issues and other money issues and he would get back to me. His order was just a tad bit over two hundred dollars. I called for over 6 months for him yo pick up the order he gave me numerous excuses _ he was in California, his son would pick them up etc etc. Finally I was ready to give small claims and NOTHING my husband stated on Facebook was illegal, slanderous, or defamation. I told him that any orders following this one would be 20% higher in cost due to increases in my suppliers cost to me. The shirts were screen printed front arms and back plus the garments a lot of work for a tad bit of $200 and NO SWEATSHIRTS were ordered. So if anyone wants to review the invoice or charges they can ask to see it the truth never changes but lies change. I STAND BY MY COSTS AND MY WORK SO JOHN LEWIS CAN TAKE HIS LIES AND DUMP THEM.

I ordered several company shirts and was quote a price of a little over $300. My earlier dealings should have been a red flag. The order took a few months to come in and when they did the price went to over $500. They blamed it on a 20% up charge had been added. I refused the order. Jeff Dwyer (owner) felt it necessary to blast me on fb. Even went so far as to post information about my property for everyone to see. Said I was lying about the upcharge. My son, trying to keep the peace paid the $300. Guess what? None of our sweatshirts were in the box of shirts. Thus proving that I was correct! Be warned these people are not good to work with!
This customer brought in substandard fabric thin and was stretchy, She brought this in the day before Christmas eve and demanded it be finished by Christmas. I told her the fabric would not work with her design since all the fabric was old stretchy and was sewn very badly. She called me Christmas eve and wanted me to leave my family to go to the shop to finish the quilt for Christmas morning. Then she call me Christmas morning demanding I finish the quilt and bring it to her, she was not happy wanted me to call my employee and have them come in on Christmas to fix the quilt. The quilt was made from material that was impossible to quilt with all the stretching and the fabric was not big enough for the back of the quilt. I told her this was not good fabric, my employee told her it was terrible sewing and not able to fix the issues with the top that she had sewn and both of us worked with the quilt as best we could with the terrible fabric and horrible sewing of the quilt top. She was very difficult to work with and wanted us to get this done in two days, last minute idea on her part, then she asked my husband to bring her pork from a Seattle restaurant since he was going into Seattle which I thought was completely off the wall. I have worked with her before and she demands things go her way when sometimes her emergency is not my problem. I am sorry she is disappointed but demanding to have something finished two day before Christmas is just unreasonable. I asked her not to ever return to my shop I will not put up with customers demanding things go their way when it is impossible and I never charged her for the work or my time. I have a right to not service this woman ever again.

I have taken two quilts to Embroidery for the Soul located in Monroe, WA a long arm machine quilter professional. The first quilt was completed successfully on time. The second is as described as below; minimally sewn with hard stiff threads puckering and pulling in the corners, the center of the quilt was not even attempted to be stitched, quilting stitches overlapped in some areas with different colored threads, fabric cut in areas to remove stitches not sewn correctly and returned with holes needed to be sewn by hand by me so as not to be enlarged when washed. When I called the owner she said she was to busy to correct the mistakes. I am gravely disappointed. This quilt was to be a Christmas present for my son and daughter-in-law.
I do have a new employee who is trying to learn the job so I am sorry she did not understand what was needed. I have limited my time in the shop due to COVID and I am highly immune suppressed and therefore not there often. I will always take calls and come in for any one on one conversation if asked to whether after hours or on weekends to accommodate the customer. I have two new employees so they are learning, and I apologise for any problem you may have had. You can also call me or ask for a one on one interaction.

Stopped in to pick up an order my wife placed that was ready and drop off another order, the person there was trying to be helpful but didn't seem to know what she was doing
I went in today to check out their new place and met the owner Elizabeth and the lady that does the embroidery, Barbara. Both ladies are so nice and very helpful. I ended up ordering jackets and hats. Their prices are very reasonable and their turn around time is only 2 weeks. I was excited to hear I could have my stuff by the end of the month. I even got a few ideas for Christmas gifts. If you haven't stopped in, I highly recommend checking them out.
I found this business through my son. I was in need of embroidery for several shirts, coats, and patches. Although it was a long way from my house (45 miles), it was worth it in the long run. I was leading a caravan of cars across the country and wanted a kind of "club" look to the participants. We went to Elizabeth with an idea and she worked with us over a few months to get the embroidery for the shirts correct. She has been doing this for a long time and was very informative in what would and wouldn't work. I was able to set up a process where I took in orders, sent them to her and she filled the orders and drop shipped them to my customers. In all, she created nearly 200 garments and 75 patches. The product turned out great not just by my standards but also by the people purchasing the merchandise.
