We waited for an hour and still haven't seen our food but other tables around us have received all of there food. If you want to eat hot food don't count on this place it's awful.
Went here for dinner while we were staying in Midway on a Sunday evening. Nice thing it was one of the few places open on a Sunday night. Wish we knew about reserving a pod ahead of time, that would of made the experience a bit nicer. We ate inside the restaurant, which is an older building and people are constantly going in and out of the doors, so bring a jacket or blanket. The appetizer of a garlic bread pizza was awesome!!! We also got a pizza to split and were happy with it, though our drinks didnt come to till after the appetizer and almost at the end of the meal, the timing of service was off.
We love this restaurant!! Breakfast is delicious- pancakes, all the skillet dishes, their homemade bagels, bacon and bison sausage Their pizzas are also SO good, and the new dinner menu hasnt missed yet. The Aspenglobes are lovely, but dining inside isnt some hardship! With the decor, there are a lot of pictures and things to keep your eye busy while waiting on food. Personally, we are looking forward to espresso coming back, but the brewed coffee isnt bad. This is a go-to restaurant to take our visitors, or just a destination after a RZR over the mountain. (Its acceptable to eat breakfast or lunch with spotted with mud) highly recommend!
Out of 5 stars I would give it a solid 4. The website was a little deceiving with its pictures but all in all the ambiance was great! The food was good. The Mac N cheese was little tasteless, and the dessert crepe could use some more flavoring, but the lasagna was good and pasta was good as well. Id give the food 4 stars, the atmosphere 4.5, and the service a solid 5 stars. I would definitely go back!
The alpenglobes were a cool experience! The staff was friendly. But the food was not that good and on the more expensive side.
