It's inevitable that when changing operating systems you'll find bugs, concerns, and other peculiar issues that must be addressed. No matter how good a system is, it's performance depends on the support behind the product. In business, problems must be resolved quickly in order to remain operational. Not only is the Vines OS system reliable and efficient, the support behind it is fantastic. Almost every problem is solved within 30 mins, and those that are more time consuming are always followed up on until they're resolved. As a retailer, I couldn't be happier with the decision to go with Vines OS. The system is very flexible, and the support is always patient, friendly and accurate. Their competition should take note because Vines OS is virtually impossible to beat.
