I never get their letters that apparently tell me of having appointments booked in then I get called at the job I need to have for them to lecture me about showing up when I had less then a days notice, with my boss in the background telling me not to be on my phone while theyre threatening to cut me off. I have never been consulted about when Im free to have appointments booked in to NA and they consistently ignore diagnosed mental illnesses that cause issue between balancing them and my actual job. Literally cannot say 1 nice thing about them I. The months Ive been dealing with them.

They dont take mental health into consideration, as long as they do their job unfortunately you dont actually matter to them as much as they try say, theyve caused numerous panic attacks including ending up in hospital from some, I just had to scream at them multiple times saying I was extremely uncomfortable with what they were doing and saying.. just for them to keep going and not even listen to me. As far as Im a wear anyone who puts more then 1 star got paid to do it or its the staff pretending to be clients to keep the stars up higher than one theyve dont nothing but cause problems for everyone and Ill be taking my complaint and a few others complaints and take it to someone who cars cause people complain to them about something and all they do is shrug it off.. maybe a push in the right direction will help. They should seriously be ashamed of what they just did to me.
