Such a bad experience! I booked an appointment based on what was shown as available on their system. Received a confirmation email that the appointment was booked. Then someone from their office left a voicemail that the appointment was sold (???), and I can reschedule with them. When I called back, the next available appointment is 2 weeks later? *Updating my review as I felt I was a little harsh because of what was likely to be a technical glitch.

+1 having issues ordering glasses. The doctor was great but the front desk staff are not helpful and it's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I was in for an eye exam in December of 2020 and I have yet to receive my new glasses. Every time I call and someone actually answers, they tell me they cannot tell what the status is and they are looking into it. It's been more than six months and I still do not have the glasses I ordered. I do not recommend this place at this point.

Very friendly , welcoming staff and the doctors are caring and patient, taking time to explain and recommend best vision solutions, using latest high-tech equipment. Located in an area with street parking. I recommend this clinic

Poor experience. Do not recommend. The doctor dilated my eyes, proceeded to give me an eye exam, and was confused as to why I couldnt see anything. Seriously. Somehow she was able to check my eyes and they ordered my contact lenses. I went back to check the fit and the correction. My vision wasnt clear with these new lenses and the doctor dismissed it by saying that there was makeup on the lens and sent me home. I havent worn makeup since seeing customers back in February. I started getting headaches and switched back to my old prescription. Headaches are gone. I dont trust this doctor enough to go back to get a new pair. Once the new year rolls around Ill find someone new.
