The absolute worst. Zero stars. No response to calls or emails about an order from 5 days ago that was supposed to be in stock. Burn your money before you spend it with this company.
I ordered $250 worth of items, on December 17th, and paid for 2 day shipping guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve. Its now January 3rd (17days ) later and still no orders received, and the website says it still hasnt shipped. Ive emailed and left several messages and no one has returned my call to tell me anything. Im starting to think they just stole my money its really sad that this kind of company exists and does this to people. 3 people including my husband didnt get their gifts for Christmas, and I was lied to and made to pay extra for 2 day guaranteed shipping. Ill never order from Brixton again; theyve lost a longtime customer.
Worst customer service. I ordered a couple of t-shirts early in the month, and they still have not shipped the products. Cant reach ANY customer support via phone. They are ignoring my emails. I cannot find anyone to help me with this order or refund. What a scam...
