Stopped by this shop back in August. Nice and neat store with somewhat helpful staff. Attempted to purchase a holiday gift that was available online to no avail. The Color I chose was out of stock (in stock at time of purchase) and they were unwilling to replace them with the exact pair in black claiming different seasons. Now Im waiting for a $300 refund with no timeline given. I would take your money elsewhere.

Amazing clothes and very high quality items. Two female employees couldnt be bothered to say hello or help with pulling any items we couldnt reach. Asked for help with a pair of Golden Goose sneakers and she looked overwhelmed and bothered she had to check the sizing. Theres only one fitting room which is fine but there were people waiting to use it and I had to keep coming out to pick out new sizes because she continued to hang out behind the register on her phone. Ended up buying a silk long sleeve, just shoved it in a bag and didnt even say thanks. Its a shame because the quality is great but customer service at that price range should be on point.
