I was very impressed by Scottish Waters customer support and their quick turnaround in fixing a burst pipe in my area the other week, in the middle of the night. I bet they had a ton of work in the past months with all the snow and ice. Very good job!

Scottish Water came out at the week-end to sort out a problem with the sewage near the connection to the main drainage. They attended very punctually and identified the problem. Very expert and friendly service.
