Kennedy we take pride in making sure our customers are happy with our product and leave with a great experience. When you sent us your artwork we contacted you before printing and let you know that the image was not of a quality to print. We asked you to either submit another higher resolution image or a different image. You submitted a higher quality image but the color quality is only as good as your image. We print your image that you picked out. We offered the option to either pick up your order at our location or have it mailed. It was discussed in our initial conversation. You were asked if you wanted a pocket print or a full size print. You were then asked front or back. When the shirt was picked up there was no conversation about you not being happy with the shirt or the service. We would of redone it on the spot if you had a different image. We want happy customers. If you contact us with a better quality image we will be more than happy to remake your dads shirt before Fathers Day. We take pride of our service and quality.

I ordered a shirt from this cotton top because I saw that they had great reviews and that I could order just a single shirt, but when I ordered the shirt they failed to inquire with me about the size I wanted the print or where I wanted it printed and I just felt very out of the loop about everything. I wasnt even sure if it was going to be delivered or if I had to pick it up. When I got it my image that I chose was lacking in color and overall quality it looked very faded. The image was also way bigger than I wanted because they never asked what size I wanted it. Also the tee shirt was a very thin cotton. I guess I just was expecting more and should have lowered my expectations or just ordered from somewhere online for less. I really was hoping I would love it so I could give it to my father for Fathers Day! :(

I put in a order with this company and they just stopped communicating with me half way through the process. Luckily their competitor "Ad America Marketing Group" was gracious enough to help me given the small window of time i had left. DO NOT TRUST COTTON TOP TEES. They are not a reliable company

This place is amazing and extremely versatile! Art department is stellar, and it shows in the finished product. The DTG, (direct to garment) printer they have, enabled me to place a smaller order, without having to compromise speed or quality. I am super happy with the product and even more impressed with their friendly customer service. Whether you just need 1 tee shirt, or a bulk order, I would highly recommend!
