I dropped off a hat and a dress shirt to be done back in November of 2021. Did not receive any word from them till I physically went into their location to ask for an update on January 19th, 2022. They stated they saw the digitizing came back just before the holidays but yet I never heard from them. I then was asked about the color for the threads and several other questions. Everything was confusing. So I asked for items back and asked to just pay for the work that has been done so I paid $30. In the mean time Ive had multiple orders done through Adiktiv. Adiktiv does phenomenal work, has great customer service, and the turnaround time is amazing. I wanted to give Eagles Nest a try due to their high star ratings but unfortunately I got the short end of the stick and will not be back.

I grew up in the area, and was happy when I found this place while back visiting. They have all the Niceville related nic nacs and clothing you could ever want! They also custom made a hoodie with my high schools name and slogan on it (FWBHS) thanks so much Eagles Nest!
