Three days ago their receptionist took my phone number saying that a lawer will call me back. This is highly unprofessional or they are simply lacking internal communication.

Can't believe it, after accepting my case, this "lawyer" sends me to a doctor to which I need to pay cash out off my pocket. And he assures me that I will be reinburst after the case is settled. However, most of us are hard working people and are NOT able to afford a doctor visits by paying cash for each visit. And on top of all, this so called "lawyer" doesn't respond to phone calls and when he does, he makes you feel guilty that you've called him. So I took my case else where.
