They couldn't arrange delivery to Dorset outside of working hours. After 2 weeks I requested a refund which took over a week to be refunded into my account. Shame as they sounded genuine on the phone.

Re DELIVERY - WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS?? Turned up at 6am unannounced and would only drop at the kerbside! Luckily we could move the item between us, Who knows what you would do if you could not. Driver told us he regularly gets people up at 4am !! So If you want actual delivery to your home and dont want to wake up the neighbourhood go elsewhere.

Second or third order I've had from Kingdom, very helpful and courteous on the phone, no quibble resolution of a minor problem with a missing foot on our new dishwasher. Given the brands and big discounts, thoroughly recommended.

Just over a month ago I bought a fridge freezer zanussi which was advertised as new and unused which had few scratches on the front and sides .. I had it fitted by the kitchen fitters who pointed out to me that the fridge is used on closer inspection the fridge is used the plastic on the inside on the fridge was filled with dirt which point out to me that I was cheated by kingdom appliances .who lied and false advertisements.. absolutely disgusting. Should have gone to currys
