We also do have parking in the back of the building, which could've avoided you trying to look for parking. Miscommunication seems to have been the problem here and we do apologize for that. This was exactly what you would expect from a low scale Optometrist office. The receptionist was trying very hard to be professional while being low key offensive. I arrived 10 min late to my appointment because I got lost and parking was horrible and the Doctor had already left. If I could give this experience a -10 stars I would. Very pathetic practice and it is very obvious that it's ran and operated with a 3rd world mentally and staff.

Terrible place. Went in to get some glasses and I tell them to one thing and they did the complete opposite. When I tried telling them I didnt want them like that they said they couldnt do anything about it. I paid $368 and they couldnt take care of me. 1 star is still too much for this place.

I went for my first visit and the staff was above and beyond. Excellent professional and ethical work environment the offices were very clean. There was no wait time. All my questions were very well answered. The doctor sat and explained my eye condition and explained what kind of contacts/glasses are preferable for me to use. I would highly recommend it!

I had an eye exam here recently and it went very well. The staff was competent and easy to talk to, and was well-versed in both English and Spanish. The optometrist who administered the exam was willing to answer any questions I had. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable setting for their eye-care needs.

If I could give it a zero I would. The receptionist is either incompetent, doesnt know how to do her job, or theyre trying to not use your insurance to steal your money. Drove over there for her to tell me she cant find my sons insurance in the system. Not sure why she would ask me for the insurance number over the phone last week and let me know she accepts his insurance if she wasnt going to verify it. Then she tried to lie about it as if we havent visited several opticals in our lifetime. Thank you for wasting our gas most importantly our time.
