Lucky to even get 1 start when your stranded in Sydney and the bus is told to wait for you till 330 and your at the meeting point at 316!! Would recommend to nobody!

Very disappointed with this service for an excursion. I had used this company before and they were fantastic. But not in this case, and that was largely due the the drivers attitude. It was a disgrace how I was treated. I lodged a complaint. But no apology from the company. A very disappointing outcome and as a woman will never use this service again.

I recently made a booking with Carlin via email. Unfortunately our plans changed and I had to cancel the booking, however I must commend the service provided by Carlin during both the booking and cancellation process. Carlin was incredibly professional and timely in his replies, and I would gladly recommend Kennedy's to anyone requiring a bus service.

I took a Kennedy replacement bus from Lithgow to Blacktown during week end trackwork on Sunday. Very impressed by the leadership qualities of the driver . Highly responsible making everybody feeling safe. Great experience going back to Sydney from the blue mountains
