Showed up a late to an appointment but within the 15 minute grace period. Signed in at 845 for an 830 appointment and since the clerk was taking care of a client right as i walked in she signed me in later in their system. I am very pissed off and will NOT return. I was seen fairly quickly and the staff that takes care of the patients are nice. I think that the front of house staff needs to take lessons from the back of house staff.

Its so hard to get ahold of this office for appointments. 8 phone calls later and I still havent been able to make another appointment
