Purchased a ZenCut Green Vinyl Cutter for selling pre cut window tint kits online. Cutter was leaving terrible marks in the film where the pinch rollers were. Tech support said "That is normal and will come out once film is applied". After applying the film, the marks not only didn't disappear, but were just as bad as before they were applied. They then told me to just put the rollers to the outside edges of the film and not use the center rollers. I did this, and the film would bind up EVERY time. After much trial and error, and much money lost in film, I tried to contact them to see if I could exchange or return the item. They said that there is nothing wrong with it and that they could do nothing for me. So if you are looking to buy from this company, I HIGHLY recommend that you take this review into consideration, as I have now lost appx $4000 in total because of this. And if anyone would like to buy a barely used 48" plotter that leaves marks in the film, feel free to contact me. Yeah, I know, I wouldn't either. RIP OFF ARTISTS

Awful customer service. Waited 3 weeks and for two shipments that supposedly were shipped, but were never delivered, and they could never provide a tracking number for it. Used them for one specific material that I go through a lot of, but found a new vendor. Steer clear if you can.

I've always had a really good experience with US Cutter, even from before they moved from Redmond. Their new location is very nice! I would recommend locals to try and check it out in person. I've talked my head off with Mike, pretty much bringing up every situation I've had over the past few years and he was able to teach me so much about these machines and the material that goes with it. I also got to work with Smith and Tava recently and they were so helpful when I was navigating the new Tukwila location. Smith was helping me locate an item and Tava helped check that I got the right material with the right price. The level of support I received from then over the phone has been really outstanding too. Inventory is always on the dot and they are very accommodating to my needs. It's nice to know businesses like this exist, and I appreciate everything they've done to help me and other locals. I have worked with this company for 4 years and given them all kinds of business. They sent me a defective roll of vinyl mask which did not stick to my vinyl. (Note: I was having issues before, and they suggested this roll of vinyl application tape would work much better) I spent almost $90.00 on the roll which was 30" by 100yds. I tried it out and it would not stick to the vinyl at all. I then called them and they said they would send me something that would work better at no additional charge. I figured, Great! I then get the package in the mail and it is only 15" wide (half the size of what i ordered before) I use 30" wide vinyl so the 15" application tape roll is no good to me. Long story short they would not give me my money back. All I wanted was application tape that worked. All i wanted was a return label to send them back everything I received and to receive a 30" roll of something that would work. I was on the phone with them for 2 hrs. All they said they would do is give me a $20 credit on their site..... after 1.5 hrs they got to the point where they would give me $50 back if i sent them back the original roll, but i had to pay full retail on the 15" roll that was no use to me at all. That was my only option. The head manager refused to talk with me on the phone or call me back when he was not busy. THESE PEOPLE SUCK AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS HOW AWEFUL THEY ARE. THEY THREW AWAY A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF 4 YEARS OVER A COUPLE BUCKS. I KEPT ASKING TO TALK TO THEIR MANAGER AND FINALLY THE MAN I WAS TALKING TO HUNG UP ON ME AFTER A 2 HR CALL. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
