Here at Pauls we try our best to supply stock as soon as possible when it is available, sometimes there maybe delays (pandemic aside) stock is not always available to us depending on the time of year but with recent events this has become harder and it is a shame that some people cannot seem to understand this. Mentioning names like Tesco's in any small local business review is disgusting and shameful, you are no longer welcome back at our business and your name will now be flagged in store and online as we now reserve the right to not serve you.

Not getting orders on time. So I choose to get a refund for some of my kids orders which I ordered a month ago. Got a slip from them which showed refund will be online within 7 days. Many kids school items are available in Tesco Extra...which are cheaper..except school name mentioned on uniforms & jackets...

Brilliant service, been using them for over 6 years now. I'm very impress with the embroidery they do on the school uniform & PE Kits. Lovely to see young sales assistant learning new skills, well done to the Boss taking them on and giving them the opportunity.

Paid for a jacket in full which was to be ordered and 'will arrive in 2 weeks'. After hearing nothing for 2 months I took the receipt to get a refund. No price was originally put on the receipt (!) and although the jackets are clearly on view with the price displayed for all to see, after much 'speaking to the manager' and faffing, it was decided that my refund would be a few pounds short, for n o apparent reason! I had to show the payment on my banking app to prove I paid the full amount that the jacket costs, which as I said was visible all around the shop. Quite blatantly tried to scam me! Also said they 'didn't have time' to call customers whose money they happily took to tell them their orders are not coming in, when I witnessed shop staff standing around chatting not doing anything at all, on both visits, with lots of time to make calls. Not to be trusted.
