We call and call and email and email TM customer support and we get nowhere. Hours on hold and talking with multiple support staff that act like they are hearing from us about the problem for the first time. My staff is frustrated beyond belief with TM. TM has cost my company to lose thousands of dollars in billable time because of TMs lack of focus in fixing our software problem. Dont use TM! As a side note, this is the first time Ive ever posted a negative blog against any company.

Extortion. Do not purchase from Lexusnexis. Will send you products without confirmation and will bill you. They utilze a third party company for bill collection that is unreachable and does not respond when contacted. Stay away.
