The print they made is much smaller then the mockup. The costumers buy considering the mock-up, so its a HUGE issue. Luckily I made a test order and saw it before my costumers, but it cost me a lot of time and money, because I had to delete + 100 products created and close my store until create the products again with a more trustful POD company

I sold an article on Etsy, they charged me twice; within 5 minutes I immediately wrote them several emails explaining the problem, and telling them that I wanted the extra money back. I have yet to hear from them, and they still have my money, I will be filing a complaint in their area to BBB; because I believe that this company is a scam. Beware!!

I just ordered some t-shirts from their print provider called DTG2GO and I am impressed with the quality. The print looks very vivid and also the t-shirt fabric is incredibly soft (I think it is bella canvas).

Terrible experience so far. Ordered about 20 items from them. 7 have had severe quality issues. Thats about 33% of the orders with issues. Problems include, prints not centered or lined up. Poor ink quality (faded) on shirts. Print that bleeds through from the front of a shirt to the back. Holes all over the place in leggings. And their customer service is slow and they are fine with the quality they deliver. Answers like if Colorado Timberline isnt up to YOUR standards, then dont use them. They make it sound like its not their issue. Infuriating to say the least. How about this is our issue and we will handle it, as it is not up to OUR quality standards. Id stay away from these guys.
