Overcrowded. REALLY overcrowded. Some nice exhibits, but really hard to enjoy with crowd conditions.

Took way too long to enter the Zoo..The entrance was way too crowded and almost got crushed at the top of the escalator because people kept coming up the escalator even when the entrance way was over crowded. People had no common sense to stop at the bottom of the escalator and wait for the crowd to move. People also kept crowding the exhibits and would not move to let others see the animals. The zoo get way too crowded to see anything anymore. The staff at the zoo is very friendly and helpful, it is just the guest that visit the zoo have no common curtesy for others at the zoo as well. Once you stay at an exhibit for a few minutes they need to move on so others can take pictures and see the exhibits. Then you have to deal with everyone with strollers that are two miles wide that have no common sense and stop right in the middle of the walkway so no one can get past to go to where you want to go. I get it. Its a family zoo but people have not common curtesy for others who are at the zoo for the same reason and to see all the exhibits and get pictures with out people being in the picture.

Lots of shade areas. Food and snacks really expensive. Gardens are beautiful. We had a good time.

Huge zoo! We are visiting family in Cincinnati and met up at the zoo. We were there for 4 hours and still didn't get to see a lot of things. It's pricey for tickets, but you can definitely spend the day here. We brought a lunch to save money and they don't prohibit carrying in food/drinks so that helps a lot. Thanks for the great visit!

Me and my wife took my granddaughter. We walked the hole park and 90 percent of the animals were not in there enclosure. Everyone that we saw were unhappy with the way they put the animals up. We drove 45 mins just to pay to get exercise. We were unhappy with spending that kind of money and time for nothing. My next trip will be to the Columbus zoo.
