Hello Ragnar, I'm very sorry the leaf blower is a disturbance to you. Making sure our community looks its best is a demanding task, and one that we consider very important. Our service team starts their day at 8 am, and we have them wait until 9 am to start using the blower in the hopes of limiting the impact of our residents. Nice place to live just dont get a unit facing the pool. They use a leaf blower every single day at 9am for an entire hour to blow away dirt. An entire hour of stop and go blowing. Every single morning, a whole hour, stop and go blowing.

Lazul is a great place to live indeed, it's beautiful, safe, it has great amenities, and the property is always clean, this includes the pool, gym and other common areas. This place makes a positive contribution to its residents well-being and quality of life, and it looks like most people love living here. So far the staff has always been very professional, capable and responsive. Keep up the good job team Lazul NMB!

I never write reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. This place has THE WORST customer service. I have tried for over a month to reach someone not once have they tried to reach out to answer my questions. I have left messages, sent e-mails and not once have they responded. It is clear they don't care. Please save yourself some time and don't even bother.
