I dont recommend using ARTFX for any of your printing needs. The person I worked with to get our sweatshirts ordered was completely incompetent. I had to decline several proofs they sent over to me. In our email exchanges I asked for a green ink on our grey sweatshirts and in the next email, the employee named Kevin, said in red?. I then tried calling to make sure this guy understood what we wanted and he never returned my phone call.
Very poor customer service. After waiting over two months for my order - nothing. Was promised a full refund in 5-7 days. Twenty days later still no refund. Filed a complaint with BBB regarding this incident.
I needed an order last minute and ARTFX exceeded our expectations with the order. One shirt came from the factory with a snag and they were able to get a replacement ordered and to me within just 2 days. Kevin was great to work with and very accommodating of my timeline. THANK YOU!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I came to ARTFX to have a company logo created and placed on a few sweatshirts. They were great AT FIRST..but when I went to pick up my order the crewneck sweatshirts were hoodies.I was working with Tim (I would avoid working with him at all costs). They said they were sorry but did not offer to fix the issue. I had to ask to receive the correct product which, they then acted annoyed by. When I arrived to pick up the second order of corrected product it was the wrong brand of sweatshirts. They then said it was because the sweatshirts I had ordered were out of stock so they made the decision to switch brands, but not once did they contact me to approve this.They believe they substituted for higher quality product so " it shouldn't matter to me" although I believe Hanes to be of lesser quality than my original order. I ended up bringing in my own sweatshirts for the logo to be placed on and then they asked for the old product back which I agreed to for a refund, and that our company logo be removed. They proceeded to say they refused to take our company logo off because they said the sweatshirts will go to people in need in Florida and that no one in Florida would care about our company anyways. I love that they have this program but they could easily take the logos off, and I found it very unprofessional to tell your customer that no one will care about their company anyways. These sweatshirts were made for the intent to be Christmas Presents. I started this project at the very end of October and did not receive the correct product until January. In the end I did not take a refund and kept the original product as we did not want our logo floating around. I did call the owner to let him know of the situation which it sounded like he was somewhat aware of the issue but that it was of little importance to him, he did apologize though which I appreciated. In my opinion your printing and embroidery needs would be better fulfilled at Shirts101 or Creative Edge Movements.
