Company is shady do not buy in any of their planned communities. 4 years ago we bought a home in one of their developememts early on with promises of high end retail and improved phases throughout the development. None of that came to fruition, lower quality homes/builders were let in for phase 2. The supposed high end retail location was not only not retail, but now will be an apartment complex that is under construction. The best part is that the entrance of our neighborhood is being used for all the construction and appears the entrance of the apartment complex will be inside of our actual neighborhood entrance. This is all while our entrance has been reduced to half with major construction redoing 156/Bluemound road that is used to enter our neighborhood, which has been going on for 1.5 years. So this Apartment complex is just icing on a very large cake of bad experiences with their development. My guess is that if they were honest about the apartment project they wouldnt fetch the demand in the price range we paid or higher end home builders to come into their developments. These people are all around bad news so dont fall for their false promises, because they will take a quick buck even if it is the demise of your living conditions and home value.
