We're sorry you feel this way. If eating lunch after a hard days loading customers is goofing off, then we probably were because we are currently short staffed.(Which we are working on!) As far as the radio goes, the stations are changed frequently and sometimes end on a news talk radio without bias. Next time come to us and we gladly cut off the radio...

Huge supply and selection for remodeling which is great and some of the pricing isnt bad. However. its personally hard for me to focus with blasting political talk radio and no customer service. We were there recently and noticed their staff was too busy goofing off in one of the offices with the door closed. I dont care who you are or what you believe thats not good business. The atmosphere there has definitely changed for the worst. I tend not to leave negative reviews. But as a business owner my goal is to make customers comfortable. Clearly all money isnt welcome. Unfortunate!

Hard to get assistance, I also came for some quarter round that by time it was added up came to the same price as Lowes. Just was not worth the 45min drive
