I ordered a bathing suit bottom from Ruby Love with the size guide in mind (3XL). I've read reviews that this company is inclusive in sizing, and while they may offer 'bigger sizes', they run extremely small which makes them not size-inclusive. They only go up to a 3XL for their swim, while other styles go up to an 8XL. I tried to call to ask about a refund as their item is unworn due to it not being a true 3XL and not fitting. The woman told me I can return it, but I asked her to navigate the form with me to make sure I got it squared away. She put me on hold and never came back. I was really excited about this brand, but I will never recommend it to anyone else. I also live about 4 towns away from their HQ and yet the only way to return an item that does not match the description shown is to pay $13 in shipping!? 17 x2 = 34, that's the measurement of this piece. This piece is supposed to at least cover women starting at 40 inches.

If I could enter zero I would! terrible customer service to Canadians, product was not what I wanted and I cannot return as the ship fees will cost more then what I paid! Triple check what you order because they will not help you. Only offered credit for the next purchase-which I refuse to do if the first purchase is completely useless!!! Also item was out of box, rolling around in bag-looked like it was used

I really like Ruby period undies. They are super comfy. I couple them with a disc or cup but they are great on their own too. I know I wont have any leaks when Im wearing them. Give them a try!

Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with, and this product does NOT work at all. I am not sure how they can get away with stating they have a 100% guarantee, yet do not back it at all. Was a complete disaster wearing this on a beach 15 minute out of the house. I would not trust this product or this company at all. They make false claims about their products, and not only do they not stand behind their so-called guarantee, their customer service responses are horribly rude. Please save your money and do not spend it on this company-you will be disappointed.
