Honestly the owner Sal is very full of himself, and does what he wants instead of doing ehat the customer wants. I wish i could leave a good review but just cant with how rude and nasty he is with people.

Can't say enough about how great Empire is to work with! I've been working with them for years and they've helped me out on more than a few occasions by getting a high quality product out to the jobsite twice as fast as anyone else. Empire's costumer service is second to none. They call you with any questions they may have, instead of just proceeding with their best guess. They have gone as far as to Facetime with us so they could see exactly what we were trying to fab. Empire tries very hard to make sure that you're getting exactly what you need built. You definitely will not regret choosing them for whatever metal fab needs you may have.

The guy that helped me (I believe his name was Sal) just pretty much blew me off. Before i even show him my measurements and project plan he told me that what i was doing was "stupid" and didnt offer any advice. This was my first time in to Empire Metals and I was not impressed. I took my job to another sheet metal shop and they helped me No Problem and my customer was happy and even saved money! Buyer beware and stay clear.
