This used to be a 5 star review. but far too many instances of messed up orders followed by replies from customer service putting the blame on our end (while I have email proof of their mistakes) have led me to believe that I need to find a new vendor for the various branding supplies i order from them.

Sent them several emails requesting a quote for a large order over 5K and could not get a response back, could not get a quote, not even a phone call. Would not recommend this company.
