Rude customer service the women that work there are rude must not like the male Police Officer. I will not be back I will take my business to NYE uniform.
Ms. Wilson; we are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our store. Our physical stores cater to the First Responder Community and all items inside the stores are geared specifically for those customers. We did this not only because we want to concentrate on the best possible experience for the Heroes of our communities, but also because those that are undercover or working a special assignment can shop during normal hours to get the gear they need for their assignments. Unfortunately, there are no items for civilian use on-site; those items are kept at our warehouse for shipping to the customers that shop online, where we cater to both the Civilian and First Responder Communities. I am also disheartened to hear that you thought our personnel rude and argumentative. They have been heaped with praise for their customer service and politeness but I will certainly review the video from that day so I can see and hear how your experience unfolded.

While we do stock several sizes of uniforms and typically can turn things out quickly, we are at the mercy of our manufacturers and their supply chain issues at times.
