Dear Jim, I just looked at our website only to see no posted hours at all. ( which is bad in and of itself). So how did you look us up? I would like to fix this problem. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Don't you think a 1 star is a bit harsh? Or did you call us first to see if we would wait for you even if you were running late. Because my guys are trained to stay late. We wait for our customers when they are sometimes 1 hr late if they call us and let us know. I would like to make this hassle have a positive outcome.
