Where do I start? As a business owner , its pretty dissaponting how some bigger business operate! The worst customer service , who are blatantly rude. After spending over 1k on a product for our kids, they refuse to send anything without confirming deposits to our account from them, which is fine if the deposits actually come through. However they dont care to hear this, they still take your money and then after requesting a refund because we simply were unable to get the product we ordered, you just get a repeated scripted message from their team once our accounts team process your request for a refund , you will receive a confirmation .. they cant tell you a time frame , and even when you ask they repeat the same thing over and over ignoring your question like a robot: So basically the money sits in their account till they feel like requesting the refund with their accounts. Still no funds come have come back , and we have had to purchase elsewhere. The lady was extrmely rude and persisted to be rude and hold a bad attitude towards the whole situation . Dont trust this company.
Wow... I just rang for a stock check on a item which appeared to be available but while finalising the shopping cart the price of the item had gone up!! I rung again within 10-15 mins only to be told that due to the item being in stock they decided to increase the price! Customer sales / service and experience rating 0. Going somewhere else to buy the item! Very poor..

Very helpful and easy to deal with. They went the extra distance to black plastic wrap the large box to conceal its contents before loading in my car. My son was beyond thrilled at Christmas. Thank-you.

Surprised by the number if negative comments. I went to their warehouses to purchase a treadmill. They were friendly and not pushy. There were two items where one was $300 more than the other. They recommended the cheaper once, as the additional features in the more expensive one was not worth $300, showing that they are not of the rip-off type. The quality of the product was great.
Dear Phillip As a family owned company it pains us to hear a customer not receiving what they purchased in time for Christmas. We are deeply sorry that in your case your Sons bike did not reach its destination in time, however we made endless amount of attempts to not only contact you but to try our upmost best to work closely with the courier you chose to have it delivered to locate your item. We totally understand your frustration, but unfortunately this can occur especially during the Christmas season due to the high influx of freight moving through the couriers networks and sadly it is out of our hands to try and control exactly when your item can be delivered. Most of the couriers we nominate to use for your destination and item, they tend to call ahead of time to arrange a day and time for them to deliver, as we found it very difficult to contact you by phone we fear they may have had the same issue. Having said that we will continue to pursue full investigation of your order next of business day and have this resolved as quickly as possible. Once item has been found or deemed lost by the courier we will once again attempt to contact you with a resolution and avoid any abusive behaviour.. Ordered a bike from them over a month ago, 23rd November and still don't have it. Was a Christmas present for my Son and today is Christmas eve and they called me for the first time ever and all they did was lie to me. They rip you off, they don't reply to continuing emails I have sent. I have taking this to the Department of fair trading and have already reported them to the ACCC. Disgusting business and all they do is lie. They have ripped off many customers, do not trust them. Look at all their reviews and do not trust them. Absolutely disgusted in the way I have been treated. They never attempted contacting my by phone ever. Only on Christmas eve. They just lie through their teeth, do not believe a word they say.
