I worked for MDA Design Group, and let me tell you, the owner does not care about her employees, is very selfish, takes advantage of students without their citizenship, would not pay on time -and when she would-she would mess up her checks... Her clients would talk to us about any requests they had because they did not want to talk to Elizabeth. Even her clients did not want to work with her. She has no sense of design - gets things done in a very careless manner. She will talk to her clients and deceive them she is the architect to go with and then the moment she left the client, would come to us and tell us how bad of a taste they have, how annoying they are and how she just wants to "get it over with". She is very temperamental, almost bipolar and would blame everything on everyone but herself. I hope no one has to deal with her, ever - she will make your life a living hell, you being a client or an employee.

I am the former Director of a Public Library on Long Island and had the good fortune to work with Elisabeth and her team to help redesign our public spaces. She and her staff are very easy to work with and came up with many contemporary choices for the Board and staff members to choose from. She is very knowledgeable and listens to suggestions and weaves them into designs that work for the community.

Working with Elisabeth and MDA was really special, and I've already recommended her to multiple people who needed architects. She came highly recommended to me from a friend she'd worked with many times -- and surpassed our expectations. Their team demonstrates expertise and experience, resourcefulness and problem-solving every step of the way. They listened to us and built us something we wouldnt have had any idea how to do on our own, yet suits us so well. Her taste in materials and ability to be cost-conscious lived up to her reputation. She found us a great team across all her contacts and partners and team project-managed the project seamlessly in concert with the contractors. We couldnt feel more lucky to have worked with them all and months after having moved in, we still look at the project and feel so lucky to have had her and the team's help.

I have known and worked alongside Elisabeth for many years and value her expertise immensily. She is prompt, extremely attentative to detail, determined to produce the best quality for her clients and 1000 (yes, 1000%) percent committed to her clients and final product.
