Love the group and all but I received a reflective jacket in the mystery box and Ive worn it 3 to 4 times and the inside pockets are ripped a rip on the outside. Material is too thin

I have had good experiences with this crew as far as merch purchases. The most current purchase came missing one shirt I ordered. On the order slip, the one missing was crossed out. What the heck does that mean?! Out of stock, back ordered, what? I try to find contact info for the company, but the website lacks any email or phone info, unless I'm missing it. I simply need an explanation since my account has already been debited for the shirt.
