There is absolutely no customer service from this company. They don't return emails or calls. I'm not certain there is actually a real company or not.. The device will malfunction and it will affect your car's performance and is extremely dangerous. Finding. Find another company, this form will get you killed.

Good luck ever getting anybody on the phone to answer any question ever or address anything even slightly urgent. And it will happen. If you doubt it try to get a human on their phone right now before installing. This is a rip off. I have spent 40 minutes on hold or played phone tag for three days straight. You leave your number. They call back with a single ring, or they call you and leave you on mute never saying a thing. It's always a multi-day process to talk to someone. It's not a reliable service and they don't even get your state's program right as far as I can tell. And if you ever have an issue they will never ever ever answer their phone. The cost is in no way shape or form worth it.
