Placed my order for a hat told the associate I needed al large size hat when I picked it up today rhe art work was perfect but the hat was too small i said something she didn't seem to try the remedy the issue with the hat size being too small so I basically paid for something I am nkt happy with first time doing business with this company and nkw I am stuck with something that is not satisfactory and paid for it will be my last time doing with company
I ordered a 3/4 zip for my daughter with her HS track team logo. When the women's medium came in it looked more like a YOUTH medium. I called and spoke to customer service. I was told another would be made in its place and mailed to my home. After a month I called back and was told the owner would not replace it and that I was out my $96.00. Yes! $96.00 for a 3/4 zip!! Customer service suggested that I try to sell the item and order another. I am a Frontier Central employee and on the board of Lake Effect Track Club. I am very disappointed in the way my order was handled. Buyer Beware.
