Ordered two shirts and the shipping was $10.90. More than Id be willing to pay normally, but one of the shirts was unique enough to make it worth it. After an extensive wait I received one of the shirts (not the one that made the shipping worth it) with a note that the other shirt was out of stock and had been cancelled. They only took $1 off of the shipping. I would never pay that much shipping on a single shirt. The right thing to do would have been to reach out and see if we still wanted 50% of the order at 91% of the shipping charge, especially after the crazy long wait.

I have bought a NCAA Wrestling National Champions shirt from this store every year that Penn State won the title. The service is great and they bent over backwards to help me when I was sure they ran out of stock on one purchase. These guys, also known as Nittany Outlet, are my preferred and first choice when it comes to Penn State apparel. I simply do not believe the negative reviews. I have ordered for over 6 years straight from these guys...all online orders. And they have never ONCE failed to deliver. Buy here and buy with CONFIDENCE! As for the naysayers I have this to say "One-Two-Three, YOU-CANT-SEE-THE.....NITTANY OUTLET!"

DON'T ORDER from here. No communication process in place. Placed order on 12/10/16, no communication of them processing, called to confirm on 12/15, told they're working on orders placed on 12/7. Finally received order on 12/22; however, I didn't receive the right items although the invoice showed the items that I ordered. Immediately called (several times) with no success in getting through. Attempted to reach them everyday until Christmas with the phones either busy, a fax line, or my call being dropped. Also emailed with no response. It's 12/26, calling and emailing again with no sucess. Needless to say, my present wasn't here for Christmas. AWEFUL service, no communication...very dissapointed.
