The greeter, barely looked up. No welcoming interaction. And staff should eat their lunches in a break room not the front desk. I have never had to get a screening before and I pray I never have to visit ARCpoint again.

Hi Stephanie, I'm sorry to hear that you feel like the PCR test we provided was too expensive. I can't address the cost of a PCR test in Sint Marteen, but our pricing is reflective of the cost of same-day PCR testing in the Boston area. In fact, the cost of a same-day PCR test at Boston Logan Airport is higher than ours. As an organization, we are committed to transparency and customer service. Our prices are clearly listed on our website. We don't ask for pre-payment like many test providers - only at the time of service. And we delivered the results in the timeframe we indicated. Was quick, got PCR results back within 2 hours for travel but as you should when they are ripping you off by charging $225.00 a test. We took it to travel to Sint Maarten. Leaving Sint Maarten we needed to test to come back to the US but they dont rip you off like places here. You get your results within 10-15 min and its $50 for antigen $75 for a PCR.

We comply with the DOT drug testing requirements and collection process for all of our urine collections regardless of reasoning which is why you would have been asked to remove all items from your person, including pockets, and in your mouth. I went there to take a drug test. The female who collected the sample was very suspicious of me based on my appearance. As a result, she subjected me to a procedure that don't make sense by forcing me to remove the gum from my mouth before entering the bathroom.
