I am so sorry that you had a poor experience with Atlas. He has been fired for the poor customer service that you and others have experienced. We have reached out to you, but I don't think we were able to connect. We would still like to speak to you to see if we can earn back your business. OMG! I wish I had read John Morales review, before this morning! I had the same experience with Atlas. Ive been bringing our dog to Healthy Pet for over 5 years now and have always been happy with both groomers weve had. Atlas was rude and abrasive and I was getting flash back to a groomer we dealt with Petco 6 or so years back in Naperville. Wondering if it is the same person? He claimed 15 years of grooming experience but didnt know the first thing about customer service or being respectful. Unlike John, just the initial exchange put me off to the point that I no longer felt comfortable getting my dog groomed by him. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EITHER.

Worst grooming experience ever. Why doesnt this store just get rid of this service. Reading the reviews they have always had issues with their grooming. They humiliated my 11 yr old dog and shaved off all his hair and when picked up all laughed at him. Noticed the old papa bear restaurant got demolished right next door to this location. You might want to call the bulldozer back to your location healthy pet..
