Somewhat disappointed in this place. I was told they have 30 day return policy when I tried to return my backpack but missed the deadline by about another month. Our trip to montana blew up when my wife broke her leg at the gorge so it defeated the purpose of having the backpack, keep in mind its $150 pack still has tags and everything. After spending 1k+ at this place in last several months and having awesome experience I think I will start shopping online. I was trying to support Quest being local and all but seems like they didn't want to help me. Instead I was offered for them to purchase the pak back at a lower price. It just rubbed me the wrong way.. Moral of the story for my situation was you can buy online cheaper and get a potentially better return policy.

This place has everything. Whether you're gearing up for the winter, for hiking, climbing, fishing, travel abroad, or all points in between then they've got the gear you need. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a very wide selection of brands. Everything is top notch quality, the kinds of clothing and gear you can hang on to for a good number of years due to durability.
